There are three answers to this! First, Sensible Keto is a philosophy of mine around how to enjoy eating low carb while recognizing that situations like travel, special occasions and hanging with friends happen. It means honor my keto intentions, while judiciously lightening up when I need to, without guilt or inner recriminations. It also means to be honest if I am not meeting my health goals. For whatever I am measuring, if I’m stalled or not getting results, I need to tighten up my habits. By being sensible, not strict, I can stay on track without burning out.

Second, Sensible Keto is I book I just published that speaks to my five year journey from newbie to maven. It’s very conversational, and I leave the technical expertise to other bloggers and scientists whom I deeply respect. If you want a breezy and everyday look at how I live this way happily amongst family and friends, this is your book!
Third, it’s a movement. I propose we chose our path, give ourselves grace to pursue it with the ups and downs of life, laugh along the way, and hold a hand out to others that want to eat this way. If you are in, I’d love to have you join me by commenting here so I learn what else you’d like to read about, join me anywhere I’m at in soc media, and start using the hashtag #sensibleketo so we can find each other easily.
