Hi I’m Kimber! I love to eat, so by extension I also love to cook. I love the creative control to make things taste exactly the way I like. I especially enjoy making foods that are so good, no one would imagine that they are keto, paleo, vegan, anti-cancer, or anti-inflammatory. I do it all the time, and it never fails to delight me.
Food is an amazing way to connect with friends and family for a truly enjoyable time. It’s my favorite part of the day. Therefore, instead of focusing on what we can’t have, I say let’s focus on what we are craving, and make something delicious that satisfies the craving while honoring our nutritional goals.
